Workshops and Events

As a full service practice, offering dynamic group experiences is key to our mission. Our programs represent the values we are bringing to our community, centered around education and integrative methods for emotional wellness. These offerings introduce and guide participants through mindfulness experiences while sharing the journey with others.

Power to the Peri - A Small Group Experience

Join us in an intentionally designed women’s circle, co-led by Kerry Biskelonis, therapist and Founder of Reset Brain and Body, and Mel Sulaver, Registered Dietitian and owner of Nutrition by Mel. This personal gathering serves as a sanctuary tailored for the special journey through motherhood and the transition into perimenopause.

In this intimate sisterhood, we offer a haven for women to unite, exchange stories, and uplift each other during a time when tapping into our inner wisdom can feel challenging. Mel and Kerry are your guides, dedicated to unraveling the tangled narratives and illuminating pathways to nourishing your body through these transformative phases.

Expect a blend of group connection, practical nutrition insights, and an abundance of relatable moments where you'll nod along, thinking, "I'm going through that too."

Our mission is simple: to nurture a deeper understanding of your needs, equip you with actionable strategies, and cultivate a community where shared experiences flourish and support is always within reach. Join us, brave and resilient women, as we embark on this empowering journey together.
